Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users of the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service": eSIM browsing, ordering, payment, issuance, QR delivery on esimtok.com
• "User": members and guests
• "eSIM": prepaid data profile downloaded to a compatible device

Article 3 (Effect & Changes)

• Posted on the website; effective upon notice
• Changes notified 7 days in advance
• Users may stop using the Service if they disagree

Article 4 (Accounts)

• Provide accurate information
• You are responsible for password security
• Misuse may result in restriction

Article 5 (Service)

• Product info, orders, payment, issuance, install guides
• Order lookup, My Page, inquiries, promotions
• Content may change based on device/carrier support

Article 6 (Orders & Issuance)

• Verify plan, duration, and destination before ordering
• QR delivered after successful issuance
• Failed issuance: re-issue or refund
• Data-only; voice/SMS may not be included

Article 7 (Cancellation & Refunds)

• Before installation: refundable
• After installation: non-refundable

Article 8 (User Obligations)

• Use supported, unlocked devices
• Follow install/roaming/APN guides
• Do not resell or share QR profiles
• No illegal or abusive use

Article 9 (Liability)

We are not liable for force majeure, third-party outages, or user error (unsupported device, misconfiguration). We remain liable for willful misconduct or gross negligence as required by law.

Article 10 (IP)

Site content and branding belong to the Company or licensors.

Article 11 (Disputes)

• Resolved by mutual discussion first
• Otherwise governed by applicable law
